Return and Replacement Policy

All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return/replacement period. Promotions may or may not follow this policy.

Replacement Period

The replacement period after delivery is applicable only if the product received is defective, damaged, or not as per the ordered model. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if it differs from what was ordered, you can raise a replacement request on the website or contact us via the provided phone number within the applicable return policy period.

For Electronics and Appliances: Products with manufacturing defects can be replaced within 2 days of delivery. After the 2-day return period, replacement requests will not be accepted.

Conditions for Replacement

  • If the product is delivered in good condition, without damage, and as per your order, a replacement or refund will not be provided due to a change of mind.
  • If the received product is damaged or mismatched, only a replacement with the same product will be offered. No refunds or exchanges for other products will be entertained.
  • If the product is out of stock or permanently discontinued, a refund for the full or partial value of the product will be provided.

Return Pickup Guidelines

If you believe your product is faulty, please visit our shop within 48 hours. We will make every effort to resolve your issue. Please ensure the following conditions are met:

  1. Correct Product: The product details (IMEI, name, image, brand, serial number, article number, bar code) must match, and the MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
  2. Complete Product: All in-the-box accessories (remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies, and combos (if applicable) must be included.
  3. Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, and unsoiled, with no stains or tampering of quality check seals/warranty seals. Before returning mobile devices or laptops, ensure they are formatted, and iCloud accounts are unlocked for iOS devices.
  4. Undamaged Product: The product must be free from damage, scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
  5. Undamaged Packaging: The original packaging/box must be undamaged.

Non-Returnable Categories

The following categories are non-returnable: Home Care, Baby Care Supplies, Beauty and Grooming, Gift Cards, Computer Software, Game/CD/DVD, Cars, Baby Toys, Air Beds, Air Sofas, Lubricants, Oils, Cleaning Solutions, Grease, Glue, Wax, Polish, Liquids, and Personal Hygiene products.

Warranty Support

If you send a product for warranty support, it must be received within 2 months. After this period, claims for damaged or lost products will not be entertained.
